  • International Orders: 10–35 business days depending on shipping method and destination.

3. Do you arrange international shipping?
Yes, we handle international shipping and collaborate with trusted logistics providers. We can assist with freight, customs, and documentation for smooth international deliveries. CIF or DDP.

4. What are your shipping costs?

If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
