What safety testing does Piccalio follow?

Playing should be fun. But also safe. Piccalio products all have a children’s product certificate. They’re non-toxic, FSC certified wood, and compliant with ASTM, Prop65, and the FDA too. We never use harmful chemicals or substances in the making or manufacturing of our products.How do I assemble a Piccalio product?

Use a damp, clean cloth to wipe the surfaces. Slight maintenance may be required over time.

Don’t leave or store your Piccalio products outside. They are protected by a lacquer coating but are made of wood and are therefore susceptible to damage caused by exposure to rain and wet conditions.

We recommend keeping our wood products in dry, non-humid environments, and kept away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other appliances that produce heat.What is the difference between the Convertible Helper Tower and the Foldable Helper Tower?

While both are equally sturdy and safe, there are some differences between these two towers. The Convertible Helper Tower has the option to convert into a table and chair, while the Foldable Helper Tower does not have this feature. The Foldable Helper Tower can fold for easy storage. Another feature of the Foldable Helper Tower is an adjustable standing platform (3 height options) adjusting as your child grows, while the Convertible Helper Tower only has an adjustable step (3 height options) which is used as a seat when the tower converts into a table.Do I need a Safety Net accessory for the Helper Tower?

The Safety Net is a Helper Tower accessory for the first months of use. It can create a protective barrier while your little one is getting familiar with the Helper Tower and gaining confidence.

Please note, if your child is not firmly stable yet, or cannot stand unaided we suggest not using the Helper Tower until the child is fully stable and can stand unsupported.What material and sealant is used for the Helper Tower?

The Helper Tower is made from FSC Certified (sustainably harvested) Birch plywood and solid Pine. We use a 0-VOC water-based finish that is formaldehyde and lead free.

He loves to be at the kitchen counter when I cook and has enjoyed using it as a table as well. The tower easily converts to a table with only a few latches. Highly recommend!

We got this Dec 2nd and started using it immediately. We set it up as the table and chair for our 14M/O. She’s used to sitting at a table with a chair in daycare. She transitioned nicely from her high chair to this. We tell her to go sit at her table and she gets excited cause she knows it’s time to eat. Today is the first time we used it as the tower. She loves being up on our level in the kitchen seeing what’s going on. We bought the safety net as a precaution however it doesn’t seem like we’ll need it. Worth the money, easy to clean/ wipe down, multi use.
